The History
Proudly Serving Payson for Decades
Sixteen years ago, Rick Korth had an idea. He envisioned a design of a motorcycle girl, the Mountain Teeze, and dreamed of dropping her image into different places, turning it into a line of T-shirts to sell at motorcycle events. It seemed like the perfect plan—an easy way to connect with the crowd and make something memorable.
He walked into Tonto Silkscreen & Embroidery, hoping they could bring the design to life. What started as a simple inquiry, however, ended up changing the course of his life. Three or four months later, instead of just getting some shirts printed, Rick found himself the owner of Tonto Silkscreen.
Fifteen years went by, and while the Mountain Teeze never actually made it to a shirt, the vision of that design lingered. It’s funny how life unfolds—sometimes, while you’re busy making other plans, it leads you somewhere entirely different.
